About the Founder

Maha Syeda is a passionate and dedicated behavior specialist with over a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), committed to transforming the lives of children and families through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Her journey began as an ABA therapist, working closely with children in one-on-one and small group settings across homes, schools, and community environments. These experiences shaped her core belief: children thrive when they feel safe, understood, and supported — no matter where learning takes place.

Maha holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, a Master's in Special Education, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. As an International Behavior Analyst (IBA), she has led and supervised ABA and LSA programs, guiding teams in delivering individualized, strengths-based interventions that support a wide range of developmental needs.

Her approach is deeply collaborative. She works closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals to create consistent, supportive environments that empower children to build confidence, independence, and meaningful life skills. She believes that lasting progress is achieved through shared goals, trust, and strong partnerships.
